kacang kuda

beras
1 s/m serbuk
chilie

kunyit
1 s/m jintan
putih,ditumbuk kasar
11/3 s/m
garam halus
Minyak untuk
goreng
1.
Campurkan
semua bahan kacuali minyak dalam mangkuk besar tapi jangan gaul.
2.
Panaskan
minyak bila minyak sudah panas. Baru di kacau sebati perai tadi dan terus masuk
sedikit ( jangan masuk banyak) dan goreng hingga garing. Hidangkan terus.
