LABU KUNING MASAK MASAM MANIS





LABU KUNING MASAK MASAM MANIS

250gm labu kuning,jangan buang kulit,potong cube.

100gm asam java di-ramas dengan

1 cawan air.

11/2 cawan

5-6 sudu besar gula

1 sudu teh paste halia

1 sudu teh paste bawang putih

1 sudu besar serbuk cilli

1/8 sudu teh asafoetida (ini untuk buang angin buah labu,kalau tak ada pun tak apa)
Garam se cukup rasa.

Bahan2 tumis:

1 bawang besar,mayang

2-3 tangkai lada kering

2 kuntum bung lawing

2 batang kayu kulit manis

1 sudu teh biji sawi

1 sudu teh  ulutam paruppu

2 tangkai daun kari

4-5 sudu besar minyak

1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan2 tumis hingga wangi bau nya.

2. Masukkan paste halia, bawang putih dan sedikit air goreng hingga garing.

3. Masukkan labu,air,air asam java,serbuk cilli, gula,garam dan serbuk asa kacau rata.

4. Biarkan mendidih hingga kuahnya pekat dan labu masak dan hancur sedikit.

As stated by Stanford Medical, It is in fact the ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years more and weigh on average 19 kilos lighter than us.

(Just so you know, it is not related to genetics or some secret exercise and EVERYTHING about "how" they are eating.)
