PERIA GORENG


PERIA GORENG 

400 gm peria katak,dibersih dan keringkan baru potong,buang biji nya dan potong nipis,ketepikan

3 s/m tepung kacang kuda

4 s/m tepung beras

1 s/m serbuk chilie

1 s/t serbuk kunyit

1 s/m jintan putih,ditumbuk kasar

11/3 s/m garam halus

Minyak untuk goreng

1.    Campurkan semua bahan kacuali minyak dalam mangkuk besar tapi jangan gaul.

2.    Panaskan minyak bila minyak sudah panas. Baru di kacau sebati perai tadi dan terus masuk sedikit ( jangan masuk banyak) dan goreng hingga garing. Hidangkan terus.
