SAMBAL TELUR



SAMBAL TELUR


10 biji telur rebus,buang kulit


4-5 s/m sos tomato


¾ cawan air


¼ cawan minyak


Garam  dan perasa secukup nya


Daun ketumbar untuk di tabur


Bahan kisar:


20 tangkai chilli kering,direndam


10 ulas bawang merah


2 ulas bawang putih


2cm belacan

1.    Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan kisar hingga naik minyak dan masukan sos tomato,garam dan perasa kacau rata.

2.    Tuangkan air dan kacau rata biarkan mendidih. Bila naik minyak boleh dimasuk telur kacau dan biar hingga pekat. Tabur daun ketumbar.

Hi, this coming to you from Canada. I sure love your this sambal telor....it looks really fantastic and a sure 2 big plates of rice to go with it! Looking at the pic I can practically get the lovely scent of the spices, ingredients...and the colour of the gravy is simply so tempting.

This is a dish, one spoon in the mouth and can forget a mother in law's name.
